Heat half the oil in a large non stick frypan over high heat. Add chicken drumsticks and brown on all sides. Remove and arrange in a single layer in an oven proof dish.
Add remaining oil to pan and cook onion and capsicum for 2 minutes, stirring regularly until softened. Pour in Chicken Tonight Sauce and bring to the boil. Pour over chicken drumsticks.
Cover dish with foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve with naan bread.
Serve with basmati rice also to soak up the delicious butter chicken sauce.
