Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500g chicken breast fillets, cut into large chunks
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 100g green beans, cut into 5cm lengths
- Crusty bread and garden salad, for serving
- 475g jar Chicken Tonight Country French White Wine Sauce
Method
STEP 1Heat oil in a non stick frypan and brown chicken well on all sides. Remove from frypan and keep warm.
STEP 2
Add vegetables to frypan and sauté for 3-5 minutes. Add Chicken Tonight Sauce and stir through.
STEP 3
Transfer mixture to a 6-8 litre capacity ovenproof casserole dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
STEP 4
Serve with crusty bread and a garden salad.
Tips
Instead of chicken breast fillets, use chicken thighs, if desired.
