Ingredients
- 500g packet frozen I&J Extra Large Prawns - Tail On, thawed following packet directions
- ½ cup Coles Cornflour
- ½ x 400ml can Coles Coconut Cream
- 2 ½ cups Coles Shredded Coconut
- Coles Sweet Chilli Sauce, for serving
Raw Prawns Extra Large Tail On
Method
STEP 1Pat dry thawed I&J Prawns using absorbent paper. Holding prawns by the tail, dip into cornflour and then into coconut cream. Press firmly into shredded coconut to coat.
STEP 2
Arrange prawns on a baking paper lined tray and spray with oil. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 14 minutes or until golden and cooked through, turning halfway.
STEP 3
Serve cooked prawns with sweet chilli sauce.
Tips
Serve prawns garnished with fresh watercress.
