Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500g diced chicken breast fillets
- Thinly sliced spring onion, for garnish
- 485g jar Chicken Tonight Honey & Mustard Sauce
- Steamed rice & green beans, for serving
Method
STEP 1Heat oil in a large non stick frypan over medium heat.
STEP 2
Add chicken and cook until golden. Add Chicken Tonight Honey & Mustard Simmer Sauce and stir well. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
STEP 3
Garnish with spring onion. Serve with steamed rice and green beans.
Tips
Use chopped chicken thigh fillets instead of breast fillets, if desired.
