Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken With Chick Peas

A delicious, quick and easy mid-week meal the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
  • 485g jar Chicken Tonight Honey & Mustard Sauce
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
  • Cooked spiral pasta and steamed vegetables, for serving

Method

STEP 1
Heat oil in a frypan over high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes or until browned.
STEP 2
Reduce heat to medium and stir in Chicken Tonight Sauce, Edgell Chick Peas and capsicum. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Serve with cooked pasta, steamed vegetables and garnish with parsley.
Tips
Substitute pasta with rice or mashed potato for your next Chicken Tonight meal.
