Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
- 485g jar Chicken Tonight Honey & Mustard Sauce
- 1 red capsicum, diced
- Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
- Cooked spiral pasta and steamed vegetables, for serving
Method
STEP 1Heat oil in a frypan over high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes or until browned.
STEP 2
Reduce heat to medium and stir in Chicken Tonight Sauce, Edgell Chick Peas and capsicum. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Serve with cooked pasta, steamed vegetables and garnish with parsley.
Tips
Substitute pasta with rice or mashed potato for your next Chicken Tonight meal.
