Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 spring onions, cut into 5cm lengths
- 475g jar Chicken Tonight Creamy Mushroom Sauce
- 300g fresh fettuccine
Method
STEP 1Heat oil in a non stick frypan over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add spring onions and Chicken Tonight Sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, add fettuccine to a large saucepan of boiling water. Boil until cooked through. Strain and place back into saucepan.
STEP 3
Pour sauce over pasta and gently toss through. Serve immediately.
Tips
Add some diced bacon in STEP 1 to make a carbonara style sauce.
