Easy Weeknight Mixed Veggie and Fish Dinner

Dinner is done in no time with this easy fish and veggie meal thanks to Birds Eye!

Ingredients

  • 250g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Flathead – Crisp Light Batter
  • 450g packet frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Carrot, Cauliflower and Broccoli
  • Tartare sauce, for serving
  • Lemon wedge, for garnish

Method

STEP 1
Remove required amount of frozen Birds Eye Flathead fillets from packet and place on a baking paper lined tray. Cook following packet directions. Cook 1 frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Vegetable bag following packet directions.
STEP 2
Serve cooked fish with cooked vegetables, tartare sauce and lemon wedge.
