- 1 cup baby rocket leaves
- ½ cup julienned fresh beetroot
- ½ cup julienned carrot
- 2 tablespoons toasted walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard vinaigrette
- 100g packet John West Salmon Fillet - Lemon and Pepper

STEP 1Toss rocket, beetroot, carrot, walnuts and drizzle over dressing. Top with John West Salmon Fillet.
