Loaded Chicken Parmas

Ham, capsicum and red onion on saucy schnitzels baked with cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 chicken schnitzels
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 small red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 small green capsicum, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 490g jar Chicken Tonight Chicken Parmigiana Sauce
  • ½ cup grated tasty cheese

Method

STEP 1
Heat oil in a large non stick frypan and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
STEP 2
Place chicken on a baking paper lined tray. Spoon over desired amount of Chicken Tonight Sauce. Top with ham, sliced capsicums and onion. Sprinkle over cheese.
STEP 3
Cook in a preheated oven at 200˚C for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and cheese is golden.
Tips
Try loading parmas with your favourite pizza toppings, such as olives and sliced mushrooms.
