Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 chicken schnitzels
- 4 slices ham
- 1 small red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 small green capsicum, thinly sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 490g jar Chicken Tonight Chicken Parmigiana Sauce
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese
Method
STEP 1Heat oil in a large non stick frypan and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
STEP 2
Place chicken on a baking paper lined tray. Spoon over desired amount of Chicken Tonight Sauce. Top with ham, sliced capsicums and onion. Sprinkle over cheese.
STEP 3
Cook in a preheated oven at 200˚C for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and cheese is golden.

Try loading parmas with your favourite pizza toppings, such as olives and sliced mushrooms.
