Ingredients
- 600g packet frozen Birds Eye Seasoned Sides – Mediterranean
- 1 tablespoon Greek oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 small chicken breast fillets
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
Birds Eye Seasoned Sides Frozen Mediterranean with Garlic, Olive Oil and Basil 600g
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Seasoned Sides following oven bake packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, season chicken with oregano and pepper. Heat oil in a large non stick frypan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, turning as required. Remove from heat and rest for a few minutes.
STEP 3
Serve cooked vegetables and chicken with lemon wedges. Garnish with parsley.
Tips
Seasoned Sides can alternatively be pan fried, following cook top packet directions.
