Ingredients
- 6 thick (500g) sausages
- 480g jar Chicken Tonight Chunky Vegetable Curry Sauce
- Natural yoghurt, basmati rice and naan, for serving
Method
STEP 1Cook sausages in a non stick frypan until cooked through. Remove and keep warm. Slice into large chunks.
STEP 2
Add Chicken Tonight Sauce to frypan and bring to the boil. Add sausages and return to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
STEP 3
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, rice and naan.
Tips
Add 1 cup frozen peas in STEP 2, for a twist on flavour.
