Plant Based Lamb Pizza

Plant based lamb pizza with fresh yoghurt sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 25cm diameter pre prepared pizza bases
  • 140g tub Leggo's Pizza Sauce
  • 200g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Greek Lamb Style Strips, thawed
  • ⅔ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 125g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Greek style yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup baby rocket leaves

Method

STEP 1
Spread pizza bases with Leggo's Pizza Sauce.
STEP 2
Top with Birds Eye Plant Based Lamb, tomato, onion and mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes or until golden.
STEP 3
Meanwhile, combine yoghurt, lemon and mint.
STEP 4
Top pizzas with rocket and drizzle with yoghurt dressing for serving.
Tips
Pull apart thawed Birds Eye Plant Based Lamb strips into smaller pieces before topping pizza for more coverage.
