Ingredients

  • 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Broccoli, Cauliflower, Garlic & Parsley Flavour Veggie Rice
  • 300g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Meatballs
  • 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Broad Beans
  • 600g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Seasoned Chips - Golden Ale Beer Batter
  • 1 red capsicum, finely sliced
  • Greek yoghurt, for serving
  • Chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges, for garnish

Method

STEP 1
Cook frozen Birds Eye Veggie Rice, frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Meatballs, frozen Birds Eye Broad Beans and desired amount of frozen Birds Eye Deli Chips. Arrange in serving bowls with capsicum.
STEP 2
Serve with yoghurt and garnish with parsley.
Tips
For a dairy free option, swap yogurt for a tahini lemon dressing.
