  • 380g packet frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Fish - Citrus & Parsley Sauce
  • 750g packet frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Carrot, Broccoli and Corn
  • 125g cup microwave brown rice, heated following packet directions
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

Method

STEP 1
Remove 1 bag frozen Birds Eye Fish and cook following packet directions.
STEP 2
Remove 1 bag frozen Birds Eye Vegetables and cook following packet directions.
STEP 3
Serve veggies, fish and heated rice with lemon on the side. Garnish with parsley.
