Sweet & Sour Pork Meatballs

A classic flavour combination made easy with pre prepared meatballs.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500g pre prepared pork meatballs
  • 100g snow peas, cut in half lengthways
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • 520g jar Chicken Tonight Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • Steamed rice, for serving

Method

STEP 1
Heat oil in a non stick frypan and brown meatballs. Remove from frypan and keep warm.
STEP 2
Add vegetables to frypan and sauté for 1 minute. Reduce heat, add Chicken Tonight Sauce and return meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
STEP 3
Serve with steamed rice.
Tips
Use your favourite Asian vegetables in this recipe, as desired.
